This Privacy Policy describes how Anorha ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and discloses your information when you use our inventory/liquidation platform, mobile applications, and websites (the "Service").
Anorha operates as a commerce operations platform that enables sellers to list, sync, analyze, and manage products across multiple sales channels. We are not the seller of record for items listed through our platform. Individual sellers retain full ownership and responsibility for their products and transactions.
By using Anorha, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. We are committed to protecting your business data and personal information with industry-standard security practices.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
- Email address, name, and profile information (via Clerk/Google/Apple)
- Business name, address, and contact details
- Billing identifiers, subscription status, plan, invoices, and payment method status processed through Polar, Shopify, or another approved billing provider depending on where you subscribe
- Team membership, organization roles, partner invites, and permission settings
Business & Marketplace Data
To provide our core sync services, we collect and process data from your connected platforms:
- Product details: titles, descriptions, SKUs, barcodes, categories, and tags
- Pricing: retail price, compare-at price, and cost of goods
- Inventory: stock levels across multiple locations and warehouse data
- Media: product images and videos (which may be processed by AI for detail generation)
- Orders & Sales: Transaction history to power sales velocity insights and liquidation strategies
- Platform Tokens: Encrypted API credentials (OAuth tokens) to communicate with Shopify, Square, Facebook, etc.
- Location Data: Pickup locations for local marketplace listings (latitude, longitude, city)
- Listing drafts, campaign notes, buyer conversation drafts, browser automation jobs, and linked desktop device status when you use Sprout or desktop-assisted workflows
Usage & Technical Data
- Device info: IP address, browser type, OS version, and unique device identifiers
- Interactions: Feature usage, navigation paths, and performance logs
- Local Data: We may store cached product data on your device for offline access
- Mobile app data: camera, microphone, photo library, foreground location, push notification tokens, device model, app version, and crash diagnostics when you grant permission or use related features
- Support data: messages, screenshots, device details, billing status, and logs you submit to support
3. How We Use Your Information
- Core Sync: To keep your inventory and product data consistent across Shopify, Square, Facebook Marketplace, and other connected channels.
- Marketplace Distribution: To publish your product listings to Facebook Marketplace and other sales channels on your behalf, using your seller identity and location preferences.
- AI Optimization: To generate or improve product titles, descriptions, and tags using Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Liquidation Insights: To analyze sales data and suggest strategies for moving slow-moving stock.
- Desktop and automation workflows: To link trusted computers, queue browser jobs, show online/offline status, and help you publish or update listings where direct APIs are unavailable.
- Communication: To send critical alerts (e.g., sync failures), security updates, and account-related notifications.
4. Data Sharing & Third-Parties
We do not sell your business data. We share information only in these specific cases:
- Service Providers: Cloud hosting (Vercel/Supabase), Auth (Clerk), Payments (Polar), analytics and crash reporting (PostHog, Sentry, Vercel Analytics), push notifications (Expo), email or text delivery providers, support tooling, and AI processing providers.
- Connected marketplace APIs: When you connect platforms such as Shopify, Square, Clover, eBay, Meta/Facebook, Whatnot, or Depop, we send the product, inventory, listing, location, and order data needed to perform the actions you request.
- Support channels: If you submit a support request, we may send the request details and screenshots you provide to our support inbox or internal support notification tools.
- Legal Requirements: If required by law or to protect our rights and user safety.
5. Data Retention & Security
We retain your data as long as your account is active. If you disconnect a platform or delete your account, we delete or de-identify account data that is no longer needed to provide the Service, subject to legal, security, fraud-prevention, tax, invoice, and backup-retention requirements.
We use encryption in transit, role-based access controls, service-role access for operational tasks, and encryption or protected storage for sensitive API credentials where appropriate.

6. Your Rights
Regardless of your location, you have the right to:
- Access and export your data in a portable format.
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Request deletion of your account and data through the app or our public deletion page.
- Opt-out of non-essential data processing.
- Disable push notifications in your device settings or in Anorha notification preferences where available.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not directed to anyone under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.
